1. 비행기: 방콕 돈무항 공항에서 국내선을 이용, 비행기로 1시간 20분 소요.
2. 버스: 방콕 남부터미널에서 VIP32 석 999번 버스를 이용, 방콕-돈삭(Don Sak) 선착장-코사무이 나톤(Naton) 선착장으로 연결되며 12시간(버스10시간, 페리1시간) 소요. (VIP32 석 버스 19:00, 19:30. 20:00, 요금 900b)
